Questions clinics ask
Do we have to change how we use Cliniko?
No. Flow Forms works through Cliniko's API with a key from an Administrator account. Patient details go into the usual fields, the answers go into the patient's notes, and the signed PDF goes into their files.
What if the patient is already in Cliniko?
We match on surname and date of birth. A clear match updates their record. Anything less certain waits in your inbox, so a walk-in can never overwrite someone else's details.
Can we change the questions?
Yes. Start from the New Zealand, Australian or standard form, then relabel, reorder, hide or add questions, and edit your consent, cancellation and privacy wording. You can have several forms, for example one for sports injuries, and add outcome measures like the LEFS or Oswestry as forms of their own.
How is the price worked out?
By how many practitioners are in your Cliniko account, in bands. Admin and reception logins are free, and every feature is on every plan. If your team grows into the next band, the next bill follows it.
Where are our patients' answers kept?
In Cliniko. A form that files itself cleanly isn't kept by us at all. One waiting for a person is encrypted and deleted after 14 days if nobody acts on it. Your Cliniko key is encrypted too.
